TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accepting a quote for our services, whether by email, verbally or other, you are therefor entering into a service agreement as below:

AGREEMENT

A. The client is of the opinion that Fit For The Tip has the necessary experience and abilities to provide services to the client.

B. Fit For The Tip is agreeable to providing such services to the client on the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

The client and Fit For The Tip agree as follows:

Services provided

1. The client hereby agrees to engage Fit for The Tip to provide Waste management services.
2. The services will also include any other task agreed by the parties. Fit For the Tip hereby agrees to provide such services to the client.

Terms of agreement:

3. The term of this Agreement will begin on the date the work is agreed and will remain in full force and effect until the completion of the services and payment for those services has been received.

Performance:

4. The Parties agree to do everything necessary to ensure that the terms of this Agreement take effect.

Payment:

5. Fit for The Tip will charge the client for the services as follows:

a. Charges may be based on Weight | Per load or Per item.

b. Fit For the Tip reserve the right to vary our quoted price, if at the time of collection, the information you provided to us at the time of quotation was incomplete or inaccurate.

c. Fit For the Tip reserve the right to vary any quoted price if, during the process of the collection, new information regarding the nature of the waste becomes apparent whether or not this could have been ascertained at the start of the process. Any cost provided in advance of the collection will normally be an estimate only.

d. Fit For the Tip may invoice the client at any time after they have provided the services. Invoices must be paid within 30 calendar days of the date of the invoice. Instructions on how to pay will be annotated on the invoice.

Late Payment:

a. If payment is not received within 30 days from the date of invoice, Fit For The Tip reserve the right to charge the client a fixed administration fee of £40.

b. A late payment interest rate of 8% per month, will be charged daily until the balance of the overdue invoice is cleared.

c. Fit For The Tip reserve the right to cancel or suspend any other further services to the client until the outstanding amounts are cleared.

Capacity

7. In providing the services outlines in this Agreement, it is agreed that Fit For The Tip is acting as an independent contractor and not as an Employee. Fit For The Tip and the Client acknowledge that this Agreement does not create a partnership or joint venture between them, and is exclusively a contract for service.
